So disappointing. We visited that place because my husband fell on his foot. Dr x-rayed it and said it was just a sprain (WRONG!). He put a brace on his foot and we headed home. We were almost home when the dr called us and said he “misread” the x-ray and his colleague showed him the foot was actually broken. I said we couldn’t come back at that time to have him put a boot on his foot. We came back some time later to pick up the boot…and the receptionist turned insulting and accusatory. I went to this place yesterday with flu like symptoms. The wait was 2.5 hours! I Googled urgent care and the Care First facility in Ft Wright had no wait. I and a few other patients left and I will NEVER GO BACK! The lady at the desk was rude and totally unhelpful. They act like they are busy but in reality they are understaffed!! Call someone to come to work or close the facility. Absolutely disgusting healthcare!
Dr.duda is very rude and unprofessional, made me uncomfortable I had to walk out. I do not recommend being seen here.
Sometimes crowded but the level of care is always better than the non hospital affiliated urgent care places. Get there early to minimize wait. But let’s be honest I’ve been to ERs and waited hours and had to leave too.
