If I could give zero stars I would. Nothing urgent about this urgent care. After an hour of waiting in the waiting room, I asked the receptionist how much longer and she said at least 40 more mins. She said the doctor was doing a procedure and had another patient in the back waiting. This is an urgent care not a ER. I had to leave, I couldn’t wait for maybe another 40 mins for a procedure to be done. Misdiagnosed. Went into Septic Shock. I am thinking an investigation WOULD HAVE NOT to have been initiated by me. But....
Would not see patient during posted open hours so doctor could leave. Walked in at 6:33 and they said they wouldn’t take patients after 6:30. Clinic was open until seven.
Brought my 93 year old mother with a bad cough at 2:15 on Sat. They turned her away because they said the doctor cut off all appointments for the day. They turned her are open until 3 pm
Misdiagnosed. Went into Septic Shock. I am launching a lawsuit and malpractice investigation.
