I would normally not leave a review, but I have never been to a facility before that refused to treat me and insisted I go to the emergency room even after I told them I did not need or want to go there. I can’t tell you how disappointed I am in this facility. I honestly was trying to find out if I had Covid the flu or some other respiratory issues. They refused to do any tests on me and told me to go to the emergency room because I had a I had spoken to a cardiologist about another issue. Very surprised
Went in feeling I’ll waited over 45 minutes, I was the only patient and I could over hear all the employees laughing and playing around gossiping doing no work. I wouldn’t recommend?
I hope I get everyone’s name right; Ebony, Laurie, and Dr. Hollis were great. They ran tests and looked after me during a very rough time. Thorough and kind- highly recommend.
I wouldn't usually write a review for Urgent Care, but this location is wonderful - staff was very kind and thorough. The office is super clean. I was seen in under 5 minutes, given a clear diagnosis and Rx, and was quickly on my way. Best Urgent Care experience I've ever had!
