Christ hospital Urology Ft wright ky. Office staft front desk (Emily) is truly rude. Will difentlty talk to main campus manager.
Really liked the Dr. Cox, really liked the nurse practitioner Nancy. The surgery scheduling woman for Dr Cox is awful. Rude and doesn’t try to help the patient. Would definitely be a better place if she was was replaced.
Very unpfofessional! Drove over an hour for an appointment with Dr. Shreve (I dont live in the area) only to arrive and have the office staff tell me that he left for the day and that I'd need to reschedule which was going to be a couple months out. They could have at least called to let me know he wouldn't be there. I will not return and I do not recommend.
Place is like a business not open on holidays after hours with no concern for patients. Coordination among staff poor communication with patients non existent People are numbers and it needs total review re patient care
