Appreciate being treated like a person versus being managed as a patient.
I had an appointment at 1:30PM to get fitted for an ambulatory blood pressure device. I took time from work and got to my appointment on time. I waited for 30 minutes and no staff care to explain why they were late. I went to the nice lady who checked me in to ask for an explanation as to what was taking so long. She went into the nurses/doctors' area and when she came back she said it would only be a minute. More time went by and nothing. 15 minutes later and asked her to cancel my appointment.
