I started seeing Julia Moreland in 2019. At first she was great, but after the pandemic things slowly went down hill. The office staff are condescending on the phone. It was almost impossible to get my prescriptions refilled and I could only do telehealth appointments. Most times, she would never call or show up for the video calls. Julia Moreland is very generous and down to earth. She will sit down with you and talk about different medications and how they work and won’t rush through her appointment with you. I recommend seeing her as a PCP.
Always helpful and friendly. They have assisted me in dealing with drug companies several times.
