Dr Haley Lippmeier is the best I have in a long time. Truful and straight forward
There was no communication around Dr. Barraza’s leaving. I found out when I went in for an appointment. After her assistant saw me, I was told I would have to go elsewhere for my medical needs. I find it hard to believe that other practitioners there couldn’t have temporarily taken on her patients until someone was hired to take her place. Uncaring and irresponsible.
This lab is the absolute worst. What happened to customer service in America?
If I could give them zero stars I would. Loved Dr Barraza but unfortunately she is gone. Communication was poor about her leaving and even though I've been a patient for many years told sorry our Drs are not accepting new patients How am I not a patient when their current Drs are refilling my prescriptions? This is 100% why people let their health go. It's scary to have major health complications and be left on your own to figure it out.
