These banners telling you to call for an appointment are untrue and the hours for the walk in clinic apparently are 9 to 11:30 then 1:30 to 4 because coming in at 11:30 I was told they were out to lunch for 2 hours and would not be seeing anyone but if i left I could not be guaranteed to be seen- then I was told they wouldn’t see me anyway because i had a back issue which they don’t deal with. I assumed back problems would be included in an ortho clinic??? More accurate info would have saved me a wasted trip. Trying to avoid... read more

I knew my left knee was bad, and had been for over two decades. Dr. Michael Palmer was the first doc who identified the issue, and came up with a plan to fix it. He was patient, explained all the options, talked through all questions and concerns, was amazingly supportive and kind, and in the end, three months later, my knee feels better than it has for most of my adult life.
