This is regarding the receptionist Cathy at beechmont location. I've been going to this office for 11years. Not sure how long she's worked there but she is probably the rudest woman that I've ever dealt with at ohio heart Everyone else us awesome. She might want to look for a different profession because customer care she is lacking.
