Communication with the Endocrinology division at Christ Hospital is abysmal. Poor or absent follow through exists from the doctor and/or the nurse regarding simple questions about test results, medications, etc. It doesn't matter if you send multiple messages through MyChart or call the office. Lousy communication still exists; no answers, no call backs, nada. Clinical care is ok, I guess, but part of that care is communication, which doesn't seem to be understood in this office. Very frustrated patient.

I can't speak on care, however after receiving a referral here from my PCP, I didn't even make the appointment. There's a reason hours aren't listed, "the doctor doesn't see new patients that late and makes her own schedule". The appointment I requested was around noon or later. Literally, mid-day. Additionally, the Medical Assistant who answered the phone (because I called and initiated the appointment after I knew my PCP sent it in) seemed completely disinterested in doing anything other than feeding me "no" answers.

If you want an office that always asks you to show up early and always see you late then that's your place . Don't recommend

Complete negligence in customer service, communication, empathy, knowledge, appointments and overall care. I’ll get an automated response, no one is truly concerned and I’ve been a patient for almost 18 years, but you’re so limited in endocronologist.
