I use to really be fond of this practice but now I’m not sure. My boyfriend was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and told he was getting very little oxygen through the night so he needs a CPAP machine, a month later no call about one being ordered so he calls doctor. They state he said he didn’t want one so they didn’t order it. That’s incorrect, I was right there during the virtual visit when he said he wanted one.
