7/30/26: Went there several days ago for xrays ordered by my doctor and haven't received any news about them. As in no one has read them. Go anywhere else you need results. 7/31/26: Still zero results from this facility. Tried to call the phone number provided in the "Response from the owner" to my original review. They don't answer and don't have a VM box set up. So basically they are as reliable as the radiology department. SEEK TREAMENT ELSEWHERE!

I had knee X-rays taken Monday at 3:00 p.m. and, more than 48 hours later, I still have no results. When I called, I was told it could take up to a week for the radiologist to read them. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand that staffing challenges and workloads exist, but a week for a routine X-ray report is difficult to understand and not what I've experienced in the past. Leave 2 starts since the lady who did pick up was nice. But their website says for X rays that walk ins are welcome and that they work until 4 on Saturday. This changed a few to several months ago but their website has not. I was not even able to schedule anything which is unfortunate when I work 8 to 5 Monday through Friday and can not have my phone during those hours. I work in a secure facility so it's difficult when I'm trying to schedule medical appointments and there is no way for me to do so.

As a primary care patient of over a decade I strongly recommend exploring other provider options. I called to schedule an appointment and was informed that my account was not active and I would have to inquire as a new patient. I have seen the same doctor all throughout my time with Christ so to be put on a wait list as a “new patient” and start over isn’t what I expected. If you are looking for a long term healthcare provider to partner with on your personal needs, I would not go here.
