When I walked down, I was greeted warmly. Usually at doctors, offices and hospitals, you have to wait a long time and you don’t get seen on time. That wasn’t the case here. I checked in and then I was seen relatively quickly. Granted, I did my paperwork online before coming in. Furthermore, the nurse practitioner and medical assistance were super helpful and kind. 7/30/26: Went there several days ago for xrays ordered by my doctor and haven't received any news about them. As in no one has read them. Go anywhere else you need results. 7/31/26: Still zero results from this facility. Tried to call the phone number provided in the "Response from the owner" to my original review. They don't answer and don't have a VM box set up. So basically they are as reliable as the radiology department. SEEK TREAMENT ELSEWHERE!

I had knee X-rays taken Monday at 3:00 p.m. and, more than 48 hours later, I still have no results. When I called, I was told it could take up to a week for the radiologist to read them. As someone who works in healthcare, I understand that staffing challenges and workloads exist, but a week for a routine X-ray report is difficult to understand and not what I've experienced in the past. Leave 2 starts since the lady who did pick up was nice. But their website says for X rays that walk ins are welcome and that they work until 4 on Saturday. This changed a few to several months ago but their website has not. I was not even able to schedule anything which is unfortunate when I work 8 to 5 Monday through Friday and can not have my phone during those hours. I work in a secure facility so it's difficult when I'm trying to schedule medical appointments and there is no way for me to do so.
