I Went to outpatient imaging for an X-ray at ste 1100 at 3pm today 6/19. The receptionist Yolanda was extremely unhelpful. She verbally complained several times about having to put my information in the computer system and made me feel unwelcome. She also refused to fax a report to my doctor; saying I would need to come back another day and “hand deliver” my xray report from green township to my doctor in downtown Cincinnati.
