The services I had received from the medical staff were pleasant. The billing department has a serious problem. DON'T do the prepay. You will have to put up a fight with billing department to get your money back if you had overpaid your billing. I had my services done on March 27th, 2017 and two month later I am still fighting to get my prepaid money back which I had over paid $180+ to Christ for the services. Won't ever go this hospital ever again, had my 3rd child at Christ, my other 2 being at other hospitals in other states and being a veteran mom I had high expectations for Christ. Highly disappointed. Every single one of the nurses on the labor and delivery floor were rude. It was almost like myself and my husband were being told what we were going to do rather then allowing us to call the shots. Mind you this was our 3rd child. From the parking garage to the surgery room....everyone was incredible. I was put at ease by everyone...I was awake during my procedure and they just talked to me to keep me relaxed. My Dr. explained everything she did and everything she found and how we would proceed with treatment. The facility is new and beautiful. I also recieved a follow up call the next day to check on me.
Absolutely the best staff...4 West specifically and in General all staff...they have shown my mother compassion for the last 9yrs...every step of the way. Thanks to All...
I love Christ but yesterday I didn't the didn't give me anything for pain they didn't do shit but wrap my ankle up told me to follow up and sent me on my way still in pain an can't walk wtf
