I cannot say enough good things about this hospital and it’s staff during my induction turned c-section labor. Every nurse (and I mean every nurse) I had was so kind, knowledgeable, and polite throughout the process. I wish I could remember the names of them all but some standouts were Tricia, Katie, and Avery. Katie even brought my husband coffee when he simply inquired if there was any available on the floor. I was very excited to see these dr’s, as my midwife who delivered my first two babies moved out of state. I scheduled when I was roughly 4 weeks pregnant, and they said they wouldn’t see me until 8 weeks. I was used to being seen at 6, but figured I would wait. When I was just over 6 weeks I had severe pain and bleeding and was worried. I called and they refused to see me sooner. I went to the ER and I lost my baby. Highly discriminatory, refused to take my wife as a patient do to a BMI reason. When looking at the ACOG it is stated there that this is highly unethical. MA name was Katie the Area Manager was also heavily unprofessional. My wife and I will be taking action and will be alerting the Ohio Department of Health for this discrimination.
All the doctors and nurses here are amazing. Ive birthed both of my kids here and had a procedure here recently with Dr. Demos and everyone was incredible. They really listen to you and take such good care of you. I’ve had some of my co-workers start coming here too and they also had great experiences. Thank you nurses for all that you do to make me feel comfortable. Would give you 10 stars if i could ❤️
