Makenzie, a lab specialist, within Dr. Rodriguez' office is nothing short of amazing! I have always been termed " a hard stick ". Makenzie performed her skills in such a way that I not only didn't feel anything, it was over almost instantaneously! She's professional, friendly and personable, to boot!
