When in the other day needed labs for the doc once checked in I was called back less than 5 minutes and was greeted by Bree who took me back for my blood draw..she was not only quick but was by far the easiest and painless stick I have ever had and unfortunately I have had more than my fair share so too me that's a High statement..I asked how too get her next time and her normal office is Montgomery but also does Milford..I absolutely recommend her as she is a true professional with a great personality!

The lab staff is friendly, HOWEVER the older registration woman is rude and unhelpful. I came for a TIMED glucose test a couple of weeks ago and was told, “the lab girl is going to lunch in 4 min, so she won’t be back until 1245… 1 to be safe.” Mind you NOTHING is posted anywhere stating they close for lunch at anytime. When I reiterated that this was a timed test, that was due to be drawn in 20 min, her reply was, “do you know where the Montgomery location is?” At this point I would not have time to get to any other locatio... read more
Everyone was nice and I got in and out quickly for my lab draws. Facility is nice and clean. I have no complaints! They have great hours, also.
