I drive almost over an hour to get my labs done here because of what a phenomenal job they always do! I am incredibly hard to stick and they always get it the first try, they are always kind to me and ease my anxiety. 10/10
Generally happy with this hospital but for everything that is good and holy that blood draw site on Beechmont needs some serious help. The wait can be absurd. Not sure if they’re understaffed or something in the air but holy smokes how is it humanly possible that it could take this long to stick a needle in someone. The folks in there are real nice, but when I finally make it inside it seems quite.. chill? So then what’s the holdup lol.
Not enough workers. Wait is long. I'm sure that the hospital leadership have heard this 1000 times. You would figure the CEO would do something about it.
The person taking care of me was horrible. Curt and rude. She blew through the vein in my left arm, never apologized. I now have bruising and a hematoma the size of a golf ball. Went to my right arm, got blood but somehow she was able to bruise that arm too. She conveniently had her name tag covered. Never said a word when she was done. She should not be allowed to work on living people. I will call when the office opens, and they won’t do anything about it. All that and I waited because as usual they are under staffed.
