First time I came they were very kind. The woman in the glasses today at the front with a nice tan was RUUUUDE. Very disrespectful and dismissive.
I went in for blood work and I asked if there was anything I needed to do for my out of network doctor to receive my results. They said no that they would take care of it. I had to print the results out two weeks later because their lab never gave the results to my doctor.
Rhonda Bolte is amazing. While others struggle with my veins when drawing blood, she is quick and painless every time. Game-changer in labwork….I hope she’s able to train others her magic.
Makenzie, a lab specialist, within Dr. Rodriguez' office is nothing short of amazing! I have always been termed " a hard stick ". Makenzie performed her skills in such a way that I not only didn't feel anything, it was over almost instantaneously! She's professional, friendly and personable, to boot! Best lab experience ever & I'm a senior citizen! Thanks so much!!!
