The invoice I received makes no mention of the hospital and seems like a scam. Therefore I wanted to pay with my Amex due to their level of customer protection. In the bill they claim to accept Amex, however their online payment portal only lists Visa, MC, and Discover. I had to call the number to pay with my Amex card. It's not the end of the world, but it was annoying and I don't understand why it wasn't deducted from my pre-payment.
I received a Final Notice claiming I would be sent to a collection agency with 10 days. This was my first notice received without any explanation or details.
Awesome! I love bills for things State insurance has 100% covered. Especially since I called and verified with the hospital that used them.
We continue to receive bills for paid balances. I reported the business to the Ohio Attorney General fraud unit. You should too.
Just like all these other reviews say, they sent me to collections after my EOB shows Insurance covered everything! I never got a phone call, an email or a letter because I DONT OWE ANY MONEY! MEDICAL SCAM!
