Came here for a shoulder dislocation and everybody I interacted with was very kind and helpful! The doctor made the shoulder reduction very easy and my intense pain was hugely mitigated.
We had to park in p3 didn't have a clue a kind young lady showed us the way ,didn't remember her name said she'd been there 15yrs and still gets lost,a shout out to who ever she was thank you
My rating is based of off the Cincinnati pd officers that were working the desk in the er on 4/22/26 @ 12:15pm. The most unprofessional, rude, RBF people I've ever encountered here. My mom has been coming to this hospital my whole life. If you value the patients that seek care at this hospital.. having those 2 officers be the first faces you see walking in..is the first mistake you’ve made today. I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding the care my son has received in the NICU. He was admitted a week ago at 34 weeks and five days gestation and is currently 35 weeks and four days old. I was informed that due to the length of our stay, we may be required to change rooms or leave the premises. Honestly, no. This hospital provides the worse care and customer service. The people that they hire very clearly does not like their job. I was supposed to have a lumbar puncture done over 2 weeks ago- I called to follow up today as to why it hadn't be scheduled and Leslie the woman that answered was so RUDE. Simply disrespectful and completely unhelpful. I asked for a supervisor numerous times and her response was to say "we'll wait until you provider calls" and disconnect the call.
