Every appointment whether it be primary care, endocrinologist, or orthopedic specialist has had to be rescheduled. My 3 month check up became my 7 month check up. My primary care dr busted in the exam room to explain how things were gonna go because me an the receptionist had words with each others attitudes, despite what she would say I was just reacting to what was given to me. I do not recommend. I came in for stomach flu . I was in lobby for a significant amount of time. Once I had to ask the receptionist when was they going to get to me. They finally called me and had me relocate into a hallway with 10 beds against the wall filled with patients waiting to be seen!!!!! 2-3 more hours past no one came and got blood work urine sample nothing just walked past like no one was right there. I am a 52 year old gastroenterologist who has had my own emergent medical experience, but I need to say I have been amazed by how Dr. Timothy Raymond has been able to help my dear uncle Jim Zaya with his cardiac amyloidosis, which was not something that I had ever learned about being survivable before, but it has been for my uncle, thanks to Dr. Raymond for his expertise and guidance in his treatment for it. Thank you Dr. Raymond, from the “bottom of my heart!”
After my experience I can only say that their motto should be: "Christ Hospital patient care. It's the least we can do." Because that's exactly what you get.
If you or a loved one has an advanced form of cancer, I would encourage you to seek treatment elsewhere. We just had a very challenging experience at the Christ Hospital dealing with my Mom’s care. I left a message for patient services a week ago and no one has reached back out. Our family will not use this hospital system in the future and I wanted to share this review in case it can help other families.
