Will contact buyer lenders without prejudice over authorization. Has pending complaints about him to the Idaho Real Estate Commission. Properties he list will not appraise and his suggested selling price. Rude and unprofessional on the phone. Sellers and Buyers alike beware he will not protect your best interest s he just wants to make a quick buck.
