These people are very personal and very good at their job and sell the house at an efficient time.
I was impressed and happy that we used Chris Schmalz and his team to sell our house. They sold it within the time frame Chris said he would! There have been other houses around us that are still for sale by other Realtors, but Chris did it with ours! Holly, Andrea and Chris have been very good at giving us feedback every week and they always answered our questions and the phone whenever we called.
