Worst experience ever. My client purchased this house. The seller’s broker, Chris Lesak, refused to give access to the house by not responding to numerous phone calls, emails and texts to get us keys after the deal funded. He ignored calls from all of us and finally, I called his office to report the issue. Absolutely the worst agent I've had to deal with. On the day after closing my property manager, myself and my real estate agent tried repeatedly to reach him to get keys and access to the home I just bought. He not only ignored us all, he hung up the phone on us and refused to properly hand over keys. We had to spend hundreds of dollars with a locksmith to reinstall new locks and keys to get into the house. He's unbelievable. AVOID.

Chris is one of the best agents I've ever worked with! He definitely knows about real-estate and has a lot of knowledge that comes in handy when selling a house. I would recommend him to anyone.
