I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Chopped Leaf. I placed a catering order exceeding $300 and pre-ordered it the night before for delivery between 11:30 a.m. and 11:50 a.m. The order was intended for a professional meeting I was hosting with more than 10 healthcare professionals. Ordered from them the other night and was disappointed. Bowls and wraps were good, but ordered a large soup and for nearly $10 we got a container that was little more than half full. Not what I would have expected for the price.
It was only one attendant and she was running from one thing to the other. They need to have a least two staff to run this place.
Aum has done a great customer service and great to deal with.
