I ordered here in person, of course they have a automatic tip promoter, I did not tip because tipping in a food court is beyond ridiculous. The woman behind the counter,said out loud no tip .. after that comment I felt really uneasy eating my meal ,as I could not exactly see how they were preparing it behind the counter ,I will definitely not return to this location ever again .but chopped leaf as a chain is great ,and will continue to be a customer
WhatsApp on loud volume, my bowl wasn't arranged properly with lettuce everywhere, meat didn't taste fresh. Should have gotten something else.
I did have a bad experience here a few months ago but gave this place another chance.Good friendly customer service.I like the Santa Fe bowl it is my favourite.
I am here right now at 7:20pm they are closed I made the trip here just for Chopped Lead.This is the only business in the food court that is closed way too early.On Google it even says open now. Follow Up:I did call the number the lady was like oh we were closed a few days for repairs.There should have been a sign if that was the case. I went there to buy a Santa Fe bowl on Sunday.I was expecting a discount or an apology in person since they say they want to make things right with me but none.
