First his is exactly why you should never tip before you get your food. Please set a clear option for no tipping on your machines please. I stopped in at this particular li action today for lunch. Ordered the Cranberry Pesto Chicken and the what should have been a Spicy Chiplote Chicken. Ended up paying $33.79 with a tip and then got served something that didn't even come close to matching the price or the expectation. The chicken I added for $5.99 was pretty smelly, which isn’t good for a $20 takeout salad. Also, the Santa Fe bowl says it comes with basmati rice, but it was totally missing. It was mostly lettuce (about 80%) with very little of the other toppings. The sauce was good, but there still wasn’t enough for the whole salad. never again.
Found a long black hair in our bowl of food. When I let the workers know they didn't really seem to care at all. Won't be returning to this location again. Absolutely disgusting.
