Ordered and charged for a wrap with chicken received no chicken, when I call o got told managers away and hung up on. Horrible customer service nasty attitude- second time this girl has been rude and nasty when she messes up. I’d leave a less than one star if it was possible 😡
Bought a Santa Fe wrap for $14 and it was completely inedible. The lettuce was brown and wilted, the tortilla was hard and crumbling, and the fillings were all clumped together in one ball instead of being evenly distributed. This was still two days before the expiry date. Ended up throwing the whole thing in the garbage. For that price, there’s no excuse for this kind of quality. Really disappointing.
