Taking your child to urgent care isn't high on the list of activities you want to do with your child, but if you find yourself on that position this is urgent care you want. We've been twice and both times the staff couldnt have been nicer, the building is state of the art, and clean.
I love it at Chop South Philly! Whenever I have had complaints they were dealt with in a great manner. Sometimes the wait can be long but I love the new location and the many things my kids are able to play with makes it much easier. Things became increasingly better once I decided to get an attending and not a student. Nothing against students, I had several awesome students but you can't get use to them seeing your student and it is difficult to schedule.
Amazing staff of doctors and nurses. Very professional, clean, accommodating, kind and caring. My daughter went in for a tonsillectomy and adnoidectomy and they made me feel so at ease. They took great care of my daughter and even left her a cute note and money from the tooth fairy, since her loose tooth had to come out during her surgery. We were very pleased and happy with the entire experience.
This place is simply amazing , the staff is just wonderful. From the wonderful warm and professional greeting of the receptionist down to the excellent and highly professional care of the nurses and doctors I couldn't ask for more. Me and my son visit the hematology department and they are very helpful and understanding to our needs. I just want to thank you guys for everything you do and our doing for us!!!!
Always friendly, helpful and efficient! The physicians and support staff are great and Jill's bedside manner is AMAZING!
