Update: They issued a refund for me, I do appreciate how prompt they were in correcting the charge. I booked through their online booking site. I got charged when booking, I show up for my appointment and no one is there. It is a holiday today, but they should have blacked out the date for booking. Now I'm charged for an appointment they had no intention of fulfilling. Had I known they were planning on being closed, I would have booked the Friday prior and figured out a ride. Very disappointed.

It took me a minute to find a good barber shop after moving to Spokane and so when I found The Chop Shop it was like fresh water in the desert. Sidney is my go to person to cut my hair and she always does a great job. She’s professional, friendly and pays close attention to detail. I also really like the owner Lee, he’s cultivated a great environment. I highly recommend this place. I’ll never get my hair cut anywhere else. Added bonus they do a great job with military fades if you’re stationed at Fairchild.
