Superb Service Everything about this restaurant is first class including the price. I know of no other place in Charleston where all people at the table are served simultaneously. They offer a wide variety of meats and seafood all well prepared. The atmosphere is wonderful. The only problem is that it is located in a large mall, and the only parking available is in a large public garage. They do offer valet parking to off set this problem. If price is not a consideration, there is no way to top this.
Great - Except no corkage program We have dined there several times and find it to be, by far, the best place to eat in the area. One downside is they do not allow you to bring your own wines. As we maintain a fine collection and prefer to utilize it when we dine out the lack of a cockage program keeps us fom rating it 5 star.
I would eat here everyday if I could. Go for the filet with garlic mashed potatoes.

Great food This is the most expensive restaurant in Charleston, The bill will exceed $100 easily. The food is immacuately prepared and the staff is great. They swoop down in on you to top of your water whenever you take a sip and they are all dressed perfectly. You need to dress up to go there. They have valet parking and are located in the Charleston Town Center.
I'd dine daily (if I could afford it) – Whenever I have any "spare" money, I always treat myeself (and a date or special friend) to dinner at the Chop House. The drinks are well-made by the bar staff. The food is wonderfully prepared and the portions are huge.
