The Chocolate Tulip is simply an extraordinary flower shop. I ordered an arrangement for my sister’s birthday and was wowed from the beginning to the end. Helen has been more than wonderful taking me on as a customer on an extremely busy weekend for them as I told her how much it meant for me to surprise my sister with a really beautiful gift.
