I am in this neighborhood only four or five times a year but I always make time to stop at The Chocolate Therapist and stock up on salted almond toffee (we get both milk and dark chocolate) and apricot pairing chocolates. Mmmmm.
We used them for a corporate event in Denver last summer. Not only were they a hit with the attendees, and myself, but their customer service was amazing. The company I was working for wanted to go with a bigger chain chocolatier, but I was able to convince them to go with the Chocolate Therapist. I have never had a better time ordering from a company, they and their chocolate are the best. I cannot say enough kind things. I only wish they had stores in Southern California, so I could purchase more.
The chocolate here is so, so good! You have to try their melt a-ways. The wine and chcoclate pairing class is fun. Such a fun thing to do with a group of your girlfriends.
The wine and chocolate pairings are such gourmet delights. The dark chocolates and nibs are great nutritional supplements.
