We ate at The Chocolate Maven yesterday for Brunch. Everything was outstanding. Before we headed home this morning we went back and loaded up on some things to bring back to Texas. Can't wait to visit again. Watching the pastry chefs was fun also.
DO NOT miss the blue corn blueberry pancakes with pine nuts! Brilliant combo!
A hidden little jewel. We had lunch there. Shared a nice small bite plate, and a portobello sandwich with home made potato chips . Tried a cookie. All was good and we plan on going back for pastry and coffee. Bonus is watching the bakery in action behind glass wall in the dining area.
The bakery treats look delicious. I ate in the cafe. Had huevos rancheros...the green chile had too much cumin; the red chile was deep brown and not that good. Disappointed. The raspberry chocolate mini cake and ginger snaps we're both top notch.
Excellent service & wonderful food. The tables are really close, though.
They did a wonderful job on our wedding cake. Also took a friend to high tea and had a great time.
Loved everything i bought! Ill b here alllllways to make sure i try EVERYTHING you have! � Wonderful customer service! Btw, chocolate croissants are my absolute fav here!!!! �����
