UPDATE: 2026: we went back to give it another go and were pleasantly surprised. Alice greeted us kindly, waited patiently for us to order, the chocolate is generic but delicious. I ordered one small regular hot chocolate and I’d paid $5.25 , and the price it’s supposed to be $3.75, and I asked why? Well, the lady with red hair just said is the price with taxes in very bad mood. Well I paid $2 dollar in taxes for one hot chocolate and no even good quality

I think something went wrong with the piece of chocolate-covered toffee I got, the texture on the first bite was very soft/wet and it tasted like rancid oil. It was just one half of the toffee that was affected though, the other side of the toffee was crunchy and tasted normal.
This review is specifically for Yasmin. She greeted us with a warm smile and offered to help but wasn’t overbearing. She had a smile on her face the whole time and even though we only bought $5 worth of merchandise, she was friendly and thankful we stopped in. Thank you Yasmin for making our day so much better with your excellent customer service!
