I think something went wrong with the piece of chocolate-covered toffee I got, the texture on the first bite was very soft/wet and it tasted like rancid oil. It was just one half of the toffee that was affected though, the other side of the toffee was crunchy and tasted normal.
This review is specifically for Yasmin. She greeted us with a warm smile and offered to help but wasn’t overbearing. She had a smile on her face the whole time and even though we only bought $5 worth of merchandise, she was friendly and thankful we stopped in. Thank you Yasmin for making our day so much better with your excellent customer service!
Their fudge is exceptional and all the truffles are delicious. Fun fudge flavors like strawberry and pickle! Great selection of chocolates including chocolate peanut butter cups and raspberry strings. Coffee was delicious. Staff are always kind and helpful. Highly recommend checking them out when visiting Pike Place!
I popped in here randomly to see if they had any special chocolate for Halloween and to my surprise, they had bats! My favorite! The girl working was very friendly too.
