Well, after observing the service guy (owner's son) try to brush the sides of the pool with one hand while holding his cell phone to his ear with the other on every visit, it became clear he wasn't serious about maintaining the pool. He missed large matches of mustard green algae and gave the excuse that it just grows more during the summer. Instead of treating the problem, he would just add shock week after week. Luther is friendly and outgoing. He is knowledgeable when it comes to his field. We were grateful for his help after buying a fixer upper. The communication/scheduling left a lot to be desired in the beginning. The only other downside to date is the $1,000 pool sweep not working after only 18 months-in fact it has been troublesome from the beginning. I wish we had researched equipment better - it would have saved some money--Luther marked up the cost of the equipment we purchased from him at a VERY HIGH cost to us as consume... read more

Great person and service. When we first moved into our home in 2018, we were in need of replacing equipment right away. Luther was able to help with not only the equipment, but to get our pool looking great after it had been neglected by the previous owner. When I found Luther, I couldn't be happier. He is honest, knowledgeable, and truly cares for his business and the service he provides to his customers. We have had his service for years and couldn't be happier.
