The Chiro Lab owned by Ellen is simply the best! I’ve known her for approximately 3 years and she’s worked on a friend of mine who had some similar issues I’ve had. After I messed up and forgot my first appointment and she called to make sure I was okay, we got rescheduled. Ellen is does excellent soft tissue and adjustment work. However, the thing that has helped me most is her ability to teach me how to help myself. She does an excellent job explaining what is wrong and how I can improve my situation between our sessions. This is vital for me as a student athlete with a very busy schedule. I truly believe it helps me stay healthier in the long term and allow me to perform my best.
