Really good service – Very professional employees. They cleaned my chimney, answered all my questions and most important, left no mess.
Not good customer service - incomplete work. – Called needing them to come out to clean out bird's nest. They did that, charged me about $200 and indicated something on the invoice I needed fixed? Not clear?? Called back (within 6 months) because birds seem to be back. They said that I would need to pay another $100 to have them come back again. We noticed that they did not fill out safety section of sheet - which is something I paid for - safety inspection. OH, and I was told at this time that I had a "fire hazard" - first ... read more
