The Chimney Meister is awesome! We called Andrea Baeuerle, a very nice lady, and she works very efficiently to get you an appointment as soon as possible. Mr. Reiner Baeuerle came to our door as expected and on time. We observed he is a very qualified chimney master. He provides you a very detailed examination of your chimney and what is needed for safe operation. The owner himself does the work. He has lots of experience and provided photographs of everything. My chimneys were not built correctly and so he had to find someone to fabricate a new cap. Very reasonable pricing.
Response times were extremely slow, making it difficult to move forward efficiently.
Thanks to Reiner and Andrea, I have been able to safely use my 35-year-old fireplace with the peace of mind that there would be no mishaps due to a poor installation by the home builder. I have had many dealings with tradesmen and contractors over the years, but never have I experienced such professionalism and quality of workmanship than with Reiner.
Extremely professional and nice!! He explained exactly what he was going to do and did the service requested: clean and inspection. My fireplace hadn't been used since 1998 and maybe a decade prior. He told me what immediate repairs that needed done to make it non-usable safe, AND how we can do them affordably. He explained why the fireplace can not be used in its current condition and some fun ways to dress it up as a non-working fireplace. I highly recommend him!!!!
