The tech came out to clean the chimney but immediately started pushing expensive add-ons like a new cap and “fire-safe liner.” He hadn’t even looked inside yet. I declined, and after that, the actual cleaning was rushed and careless. Felt more like a sales call than a real service. Won’t be using this company again.
If your looking to purchase a chimney flue or parts don't bother they won't sell it. They have to do the install themselves, greedy meisters.
I highly recommend The Chimney Meister for anything chimney related. I had my chase cover and cap replaced. The owners, Andrea and Reiner are top notch. Their work is outstanding, thorough and very detailed oriented. Great to work with, they exceeded my expectations.
Highly recommend the Chimney Meister, Reiner and Andrea were extremely friendly and professional from start to finish. The inspection was very thorough and Reiner is clearly an expert in his craft with deep knowledge about chimney systems. Very generous in sharing knowledge and tips for enjoying our fireplace safely!
