Reiner and Andrea are amazing! They were both communicative, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced. Our chimney chase cover sprung a leak but within 2-3 weeks Reiner was able to install a custom-made replacement in stainless steel. He is deeply knowledgeable about his craft and it is apparent in both his communication and the quality of the final installation. I wish more contractors were like this and they are absolutely my go-to for recommendations for chimney repairs!

Highly recommended! Very knowledgeable and never tried to upsell. Another contractor tried to charge me $1800 for stuff. I did not need! Chimney Meister gotten my fireplace fixed and functional for the cost of a service call. If you need help with your chimney or fireplace, call them! You will not regret it.
The tech came out to clean the chimney but immediately started pushing expensive add-ons like a new cap and “fire-safe liner.” He hadn’t even looked inside yet. I declined, and after that, the actual cleaning was rushed and careless. Felt more like a sales call than a real service. Won’t be using this company again.
If your looking to purchase a chimney flue or parts don't bother they won't sell it. They have to do the install themselves, greedy meisters.
