Love it for pre-theater dinner. The theater menu is a wonderful deal and to just walk across the street for the Broward Center is the best.

Good food nice place but too many sirens from ambulances and fire trucks by because it's a main route to Broward general hospital
Small cozy place. Inside seating is limited. Pork belly was good, wished the skin was crunchier.
Driving back to Orlando from South Beach, looking to experiece someplace new for brunch! GPS guided us to the Chimney house... Loved it. Charming place, great food and service!
