Rich is honest, has integrity, good communication and got the AC working after my air handler fan control board caught fire. They didn't try to sell me a new AC system, they just fixed it and topped off the freon. Very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!
Rich is very knowledgeable and professional, but also friendly and puts you at ease. We have had both general check-ups of our system as well as a “help, it’s 100 degrees outside and now it’s 85 inside!” calls. Both were treated as equally important and he explained each step of the process. Highly recommend Chilly Pig AC!
