first time getting a cut here, the cut came out really good and i recommend this place but my one thing is that when the guy turned my chair around his phone was propped up and he was live-streaming me. i usually wouldn’t have minded but he didn’t say anything about it and i had no idea until i saw it.
They’re not chill the guy was extremely rude to me when I tried parking there. They did a terrible job, also told me not to park on city property which is ridiculous. I tried getting out of there and he would not stop telling me what to do when I told him I was taking my business elsewhere
Place is very unprofessional, and the workers are rude especially Gilbert, who I believe is the owner. Also extremely overpriced for the quality. You have to tip and pay for your haircut in full before you even arrive, so if you’re unsatisfied by your spotty haircut then there’s no way to get your tip or money back. Definitely one of the top two worst barbershops in Durango, and it’s not two.
