One of the worst haircuts I have ever gotten. We booked with Gilbert and last minute they changed the appointment to Casey. During the haircut he did not give me an opportunity to look and ask for any changes. Once it was over it looked as if there was 4 different haircuts and he left many parts uncut. The picture I showed him and the result were completely different.
