Very much needed. Being dealing with a lot of inflammation and pain lately and was happy to find out there was a place close by for the RED LIGHT THERAPY that was recommended by a therapist friend. Will definitely be back! Will try the cold plunge and the infrared sauna next time! Thank you Linda for your help!
