My daughter was referred through the Wentwest avenue as I am a single parent and don’t have a lot of money. When you go through Wentwest, a psychologist takes the referral and contacts you, knowing your financial situation. Anne Monteiro, from this practice contacted me and began seeing my daughter. I had an issue with the front of house and one of the psychologists. The owner of the business Elizabeth, called me and went above and beyond to correct the situation. She listened to my feedback and really empathised with me. It was so refreshing to hear a business owner really listen to patients and be open to feedback.
