Called to ask about the return policies for an online order. Was told I could return an online order so long as I had the online order number or receipt and that it would be refunded to the original card it was purchased on. The following day I drove 45 minutes out of my to return the items. When I arrived I was told that they would not accept an in store or refund the account it was purchased from unless I had the card the items were purchased with physically with me. The guy inside the store close 20 min earlier than the closing time. And he was rude about it. I just had to pick up an order and return 2 items. I got that they want to party on Saturdays then they should find another Job.

While I am usually able to find nice clothes here, but the overall customer service for this business sucks! The customer service phone number either doesn't answer or they are always closed, they don't respond to email, you get the same generic answer when submit a complaint on their social media, and if you call a store and try to ask an employee, they tell you to call the customer service number. Not sure how they are still in business with the lack of customer service they have.
