Rude employees and a disorganized store.
Horrible customer service, 3 obese rude female employees refused service to my wife and daughter today. Yelling at them publicly across the store because they stepped in with no mask on. They refused to let my wife complete her purchase after she explained she could not wear a mask due to underlying health issues.
Management is awful. There are so many reasons I don’t shop there anymore.
never received my items I paid for the items were shipped back by USPS now I have to wait 10 days to get a refund I don't want a refund I want my items...I will never shop here again ever
I have placed 2 orders of multiple things from them and only to receive 1 item from them from the first order. The items say they were shipped out but are sitting at the same location they have been for weeks now. I have tried calling several times to the customer service only to be hung up on. There waiting over an hour today when they were suppose to open at 11 am. 12:10 I left. I called the Albany, Ga store and they called the manager. They wont open today and has no information regarding this at the store. Corporate is closed right now. I'm definitely calling about this unprofessionalism. How can you not let customers know you wont open? I rather just drive to Tifton or Albany!
I have ordered 2 shirts online back in May. Just recieved the wrong order in the mail at the end of June. I have emailed and called numerous times. The customer service number, will state they are experiencing high call volume no matter the time of day and it will hang up. no reply either from email.
