Went in to make an exchange of a Christmas gift without a receipt. Wanted my first born to do so, scolded me when I didn't mention the coupon early in the purchase (I don't read minds), and did not even say thank you when I left the store. Worst customer service I have experienced in a while.
The store associates are rude, some of them act like they don't want to be there. It was my first time in that location, and I'm completely sure it was the LAST.
I love the clothing from the Children's Store but my experience today was awful, I felt discriminated and humiliated people should not be trated the way I was treated today. First I was accused of jumping the line when my daughter was holding my place in line, second I was returning a skirt of my baby that I bought to big yesterday for a smaller one today and she accused me of stealing it, then she saw it on the receipt because I did pay for it. customer service at the Alexandria location is beyond horrible. they have the nerve to talk about you to other employees as if your not even there. ghetto! children's place needs a serious upgrade.
rude managers. store is always a mess, chaotic. a lot of yelling. very disorganized. not pleased at all.
Will never go to this location again. Bad customer service.

Love the infant sized one-pieces, very soft material. Reasonable priced for the quality, adorable selections
The anchor stores are JC Penney, Dillards, Sears, but there also another 70 or so shops for almost every need, or perhaps I should say, want. When I'm there cruising Tuesday Morning bargains, kids are there cruising...each other -- fun to watch, actually. And of course there are lots of stores for them -- GameStop (my grandson #2 had to write out for me what to get precisely for grandson #1), Victoria's Secret (they're not supposed to go in there!), Radio Shack -- oops, that's more for me.
