not with this store in general, when making an online purchase, my items got lost in the shipping process. when trying to get this fixed, I was told I would have to wait 24-48 hours JUST TO FIND OUT WHERE IT IS! Having bought these items for a family vacation, I could not wait and needed a refund to purchase items somewhere else only to be told I could not get a refund until they located the items. lesson learned, never shop at childrens place.
Long line. One cashier. Frazzled and snippy when I asked if there was anyone else who could help check out. Asked for manager. Told me that manager was in the back with a shipment. Will not be shopping there again.

terrible!!! the so called supervisor gave me such a hard time to return a pair of 7$ pants that I didn't have a receipt for and just wanted to exchange. she told me that it had to be the same exact item I asked to see the policy for that she gave me a bad attitude showed me and ok fine so I asked where are the pants she points to it i go get another pair but different color she says that's not the same item and just continued to argue with me saying it has to be the same exact color also and said she refused to exchange them... read more
I've done a lot of shopping in this store, but will never step foot in it again. Paula, one of the clerks, thought that my asking her a questions was worth an eye roll. A day later and I'm still annoyed by that. If you don't want to be courteous to your customers, then you shouldn't be working with the public. Me: "Excuse me". Paula: eye roll and a look of don't bother me. I walked out and will never walk back in.
Absolutely love shopping here for my daughter they have some cute outfits and there coupons and sales are always the best
I love this store. It's just a shame that from now on I'll probably have to order online due to the negative experience I had earlier this month with the older gentleman.I had just finished shopping at target and had about $160 worth of merchandise in my cart.
