If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The male nurse acted like he’s never dealt with a pediatric patient and that we weren’t welcome. To top it off the room is covered in dust a room that children with asthma etc. are supposed to be sleeping in. I waited for about 40 minutes before I couldn’t take the filth/uneasy feeling and left.
Extremely difficult getting ahold of my providers. Constant medication delays that could be resolved with better communication. The patient portal has been down for months. Nobody bothered to tell me, I had to call to find out. This time I called 4 days in a row requesting my prescription (and the voicemail still directs you to the nonexistent portal) only to finally get an answer FOUR days later that I can only get a weeks script because the doctor isn’t there…waste of time every month and I have no choice because of my con... read more
Nightmare to work with. I only need prescription refills for my Narcolepsy medication. Have been a patient for 4 years. Every 3 months they fail to obtain a referral from PCP and reschedule with less than 24hrs notice. I obtain the referral for them, they fumble it, and reschedule my rescheduled appt, I have to call, and deal with the very rude and unprofessional staff. Who never have a clue what's going, transfer me to someone else who knows nothing, who needs to call me back, find out they had what they needed, miss 2 call... read more
So unprofessional! They rescheduled my appointment for both kids, and then never logged into the zoom appointment after I waited an hour for a 4:00 appointment- called at 4:20 and was told they were running behind and to stay logged in. Called back at 4:48 and was told they were gone for the day. Nice! But then tell the patients if WE cancel within 24 hours we can be charged a cancellation fee! Do better! No excuse for that negligence!
I should have left this review after our first visit so I am making a point to do it now because this office deserves it. Dr. Morgan is one of the best physicians I have ever interacted with regarding compassion, knowledge, kindness, and his willingness to actually listen to our concerns and take the time to help create an effective treatment plan without leaving us feeling rushed, even with an annoyed uncooperative toddler in his ear.
