I wish I could give 0 star. Avoid here as much as possible. Long waiting time and unresponsive staff even for emergency care.
Supposed to be a scent free facility but as soon as you get through the front corridor you’re inhaling strong cologne from the security guards asking to search your purse. Hard to breathe with cologne and a foul body odour smell. Also supposed to be one caregiver per patient but there is 4 caregivers for one group of privileged people. It’s a waiting room, why are they allowing them in here to increase risk of infection or worse!!
Released my friend after more than 3 ßuicude attempts. She’s not doing well mentally at all and is not safe by herself yet they keep sending her home. The lack of care in this hospital is disgusting. Waiting 10 hours? Careless.
