Had to take my daughter in for a concussion and they literally took us back even before we finished checking in at the front desk. There was no one in the waiting room, although quite a few people back in patient rooms. They were thorough and nice, explained everything. From our nurse Alicia to our CT tech to the front desk people, they were really great. We were in and out in about 2 1/2 hours.
Going here was a waste of time! I had to go because my son had an X-ray done that said he had hip dysplasia in his right hip. This place they don't know how to weigh children my son is 10 months old they asked me if he could stand on a scale so then they had me hold his arms up while he stood on the scale and they said that he weighed 12 lbs mind you my son weighs 19.2 lb and they don't know how to measure either because my son is 28 inches long and they said he was only 26 so my son did not lose weight or Shrink according t... read more
We had such a wonderful experience with the orthopedic team at Christus Children’s in Stone Oak. Everyone was incredibly attentive and made my daughter feel comfortable and safe every step of the way. The team was so charismatic and kind, which really helped ease her nerves and made the whole experience less intimidating. Second CHRISTUS children’s we’ve visited. The ortho team is absolutely amazing, no complaints. My only complaint is the front desk ladies. No greeting or help what so ever until I signed in, better staff there is recommended in my opinion.
The ENT clinic front desk staff is utterly useless. They barely manage their own tasks. They don’t acknowledge you until they need to check you in, and even then, they treat you as if you’re annoying them (which you probably are because they spent every minute laughing and making comments about the people they’re checking in). To top it off, they can’t even handle the basics of registration and paperwork management. What truly disturbs me is their customer service.
