This clinic offers very poor service, several years ago, before the pandemic, even though the front desk was questionable, the great doctors and nurses made it worth it. I’ve been coming to this office for about a year and have not had any issues! We love the staff. The nurses that have attended us have been great with my children and Dr. Uranga is very knowledgeable and always listen to all of concerns and provides us with all the information we need.

I can not say 1 positive thing about this clinic. We have given this place a lot of money and received very few answers when my children have come for dr visits. I can count more than double digit visits that we came for an appointment and walked away knowing the same amount as we did walking in. That is not exaggeration. Our experience with this place has been absolutely poor for 2 years.

Staff in front desk is horrible bad ,receptionist put me on hold, didn't let me explain my situation. REPLACE THEM

I love this office when Dr. Allison Payne was here. They are very slow every time I come and unorganized. I drove 20 minutes to drop a form off in person for a psychical needed for my daughter to tryout for soccer at her school. They told us to pick it up this morning. I’m still here at 3:42 and they don’t have the form ready and my daughter has tryouts at 3:45pm. They have no care in the world. Sad
